How is Taegeuk Taekwondo Canada’s teaching style different from any other school? Most other schools combine poomse (pattern), kicking, self defense and other instruction into every class, giving students relatively little time to focus on any one element of their training. At Taegeuk, we believe that a focused approach helps students learn more effectively.
